Facing the reality that are you not meant to each other..face the truth in an open minded way in a positive way so we can live happy and free from any struggles acceptance with the truth, with the individuals personality. Thinking the way we accept the real things in life no need to turning back. What was done in life you had to move on life choices with good perspective in a way that will understood things that you will never have in life.

I always believe that time can heal a broken heart. When me and my ex broke up, I disposed of everything he gave me ASIDE FROM pictures. I kept the pictures and timely I'd look at them. I'd cry over them and feel hurt. When there are times I feel that I moved on, I'd take a look at the pictures. If I still feel hurt or anger and cry, it means I'm not ok. I'd hold on the pictures again. Until the time I can look at them and only remember happy moments, that's the time I can say that I've finally moved on.
At this time, I can say that I've moved on :)

That's true that again, I'm always a firm believer that happiness is a choice so as much as possible, I look at things in a positive light :D

I think you take it day at a time. Allow yourself time to grieve. Also surround yourself with people that love and support you. Keep yourself busy so you wont focus on the pain as much. Dont rush into any new relationships until you have really moved on, because your new partner deserves a whole person.

I did a lot of things just to survive from a broken heart. Its really hard to move on at first. What I did is, I feel the pain every day, I cry and cry and cry until it hurts no more. Another is I spent time with my family and friends. Go out to shop, take good care of myself to look my best, hang out with my friends to have some good time and many more. I made myself really busy and as time passes, I realized that I moved on already. I can no longer feel pain whenever I saw things that reminds me if him. I was so happy because I was able to get over him and now, I'm enjoying my life without him. :D Anyway, That's all. Happy mylotting. :D
