When is the right time to say yes?

LCM- most of the topics I've heard in the radio station where I used to listen every night before I go to sleep. I've heard one caller asking the DJ "When was the right time to say yes to a suitor?". The DJ said that she was the only one who can tell when was the time. But in my point of view, partly the DJ was right but we have to consider different factors. First, girls always consider security in their part so they usually go for a stable one (sometimes they use this as a tool to their vices and keep this reason as a bribe LOL). Second, her readiness to accept the fact that entering a relationship means having a commitment to a person whom she doesn't really know and willing to know that person better everyday and be with that person through thick and thin. Third, having a relationship is not an accessory but a work. Why?Because having someone by your side means that you have to bring the best in him and he must bring the best in you. Plus, you must have a long patience, more understanding and undying love for him to understand at all times. When was the right time to say YES?
