Airtel Cheating 3G PostPaid customers

I am a Airtel postpaid customer in India. For the last month I have been charged for Rs 24,000 whereas my credit limit is only RS 1400 only. I got the bill that i have used 3G internet for 1.3 GB. Whether any one around the world faced the same problem when 3G is introduced in their country as well?
