As we all love mylot more because it has dual purposes which is learning and earning. Truth is peoples participating one for only earning purposes one then next is learning. But imagine what u do if mylot is only a social networking site and not a payable site which gives u earnings. What u feel in that situation?

I will still loving mylot, I used to join a discussion forum but I left it because they dont have great system and rules as mylot, so many spams and meaningless discussion (user fight, out of topic, spam, 1 liner post, poll, games) but in mylot I see actual discussion because mylot is about quality. And mylot is not just a forum site, we can socialized with other members from different countries and different experiences. I get payment through the new knowledge, I can apply the knowledge to my daily life or to be a motivation for me and those things are worth more than money.

Well if it was only a social networking site only about 50 -100 users would probably be registered. I usually only come on here to earn money, but some people really don't care about money, some people may substitute this as a facebook. But I think most people only come on here for the money.

well you think wrong then as most of us who have been here for a
longtime are here for multiple re asons, money is only
one of them, friendship from people all over the world,
caring and sharing and yes earnings but not just
earnings. you are new and you do not know all of us. I am
saying we have more than one reason to be here and to love
mylot. never assume you know what we think.

This has been brought up before like a year ago. Someone spread a rumor around that Mylot was going to stop paying out at a certian time. I don't think this will ever happen! If it would I would be very disappointed! I would lose out on making some money! I still would have my friends here though!

Hello naseemkum, before 2006 when they oficially declared a paying site, they started in 2004 and they are just regular forum earning sites then. I never imagine mylot would be like facebook, or friendster, this is what I see as. I have seen this kind of discussion before and now All i can is that mylot is more than a social networking site, It's a community. have a nice day

Are you here for the earning part? WOuld you stay if it is not paying?
Do you realise that you do not earn anything for this discussion unloess you comment back to the responses here and further the topic? YOu do not earn for the responses that others post - we do
I would still be here if there were no earnings because I have made many friends since I joined and I'm sure that we would be here discussing everyday just like we do now. Friendship wins over money

as I do not see that happening I for one am not going to
worry abo ut it. I have more urgent things to take care of
and I take life as it comes. After all I cannot change
thing if they do change. Why borrow trouble as mylot is
paying us and for all the so cial blah blah there is the
forever disgusting Facebook for those who muost blab blab all day.

At this point in time I'm not sure if I would join this specific site if it didn't pay. I know I joined it knowing that it does pay. I've joined plenty of social networking networks that don't pay. I joined yahoo answer's and spent so much time on that website, but I think there's a lot more people on that website than here. I think I would join this website if it didn't pay, I was thinking about this the other day. I think I may and I may even post more here because I wouldn't put so much pressure on myself to get so involved.
