Lots of people, parents and therapists claim that social networking and instant messaging has a huge psychological effect on teens. They claim that it could be good or bad.
Good, It can help shy teens to have a better experience on socializing, and promote healthy social relationships that is an important step in teenage development.
Bad, Studies have shown that various mental issues could develop in some teens. Issues such as: narcissism, a lack of empathy, increased aggression, and traits associated with depression.
So what is your meaning on this statements, and should teens be allowed to use these social networks?

Teenage its a very important time or stage where there will be making of an important goal or target for anyone.
Now teens are very much balanced and they know many things when compared to the previous generations.
Social networking does help a lot to know people and now no one are so innocent that they just belive in things and fall off.
Everyone should have a fall to learn,so if social netwroks are done for good then it is a good one it gives its advantages.

I think social networking sites are good for teens, yeah because they can have a better social life, but there are also the chances of becoming friends with a online predator, Well social networking sites are good to me, but you have to be friends with people you actually know, and don't meet up with anybody off-line, I think that's the 2 important rules to social networking sites.
