Yes paypal also pays in Indian rupees. This site is maintained by ebay.india.com. So there is no problem of getting money from paypal. There are more number of customers from India. So be brave.

Its charges $5 for a check!!! oh my god thats atrocious for people like us. Can some1 tell, how will it pay in indian rupees. I mean all the methods to receive paymenst.. PLEASE!
