Doublerbux is it legit or scam?

Recently my cousin referred me in doublerbux.com and the site looks promising because they can double your earnings plus their ads are all 0.01 per click, but something bothers me that you must invest first before you cashout your earnings so any members of this ptc site please tell me if this site is legit or scam thank you.

I would also very much like to know if it is a scam or not i'm ready to pay out 10$ but don't wanna invest to be premium if it's a scam if i find out I will post here right away and i hope you will to.

Just did a bit more research and it seems as if the site is legit but I'm not 100% sure just yet.
