I love to eat too. I feel that fish can help me to control my weight. Normally I just make a soup out of the fish. Any ideas for me to cook fish deliciously?

I have never made a soup out of fish and would not have a clue how to do it or what it would taste like. But I would be interested in learning. I did make fish chowder last winter. It was okay. It wasn't something that I wanted to have again anytime soon, however. I might make it again this winter at least once though.
I, too, am looking for better ways to make fish. I love fish grilled over an open fire but that is not something I can do at my home. Baked fish I have not had much luck with making so that I liked the flavor much. I fry fish most of the time with as little oil as possible. I was using various types of breading for the fish and found some I liked better than others. My favorite was/is a very finely ground whole wheat flour I buy in Indian grocery stores for making the Indian flat breads. It makes a very nice, light coating for the fish and helps hold the fish together when cooking it.
I have poached salmon, fried salmon, baked salmon, and had salmon loaves and salmon patties both from canned salmon, so salmon seems like the most versatile fish I have used. I also use canned tuna to make a tuna and noodle casserole, and sometimes I make tuna sandwiches from the canned tuna.
I also have a discussion posted here for ideas on how to make better seafood, especially white fish. Good luck to you finding ideas, and good luck to me. LOL
