does philippines include in the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) ?
what are the countries cannot be paid by mylot?

It is not about some countries being included on OFAC, it is about several countries where OFAC prohibits myLot from sending money.
It is clearly stated on lower part of http://www.mylot.com/nr/editPayment.aspx
"Due to regulations set forth by the OFAC, an office of US Treasury, myLot is not allowed to send money to certain countries and to certain individuals.
And here is the list of those countries:
http://www.ustreas.gov/offices/enforcement/ofac/programs
There's no Philippines on the list, so myLot would pay members from Philippines without big problem 
On the list, the following countries is listed (I am not mentioning ALL)
Cuba, Libya, Iran, Iraq, North Korea
Jeez, I think it is related to US' politics?

What does OFAC has to do with mylot? There are any Filipino's here, including me, and we always get paid.

I just read it at the FAQ thats why i ask because there are some countries that cant be paid by mylot. Thats why im asking.
