DISCLAIMER-Friends, I share what I get, with the hope, some will be cured at least, it is rightly said, the wearer knows, where the shoe pinches. You may try this, if it helps, tell others.BUT PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR AND TAKE YOUR OWN DECISION.
My friend had very bad breath, people avoided talking to him.He told me he could get rid of this; he gave me the following tips.
Drinking plenty of water will help to get rid of the bacteria in the mouth.
To kill the unwanted germs in the mouth, though, you may brush regularly and maintain a good oral routine, it is important that when you brush your teeth, make sure to use a tongue scrapper to clean the tongue. The bacteria usually stay on the tongue causing bad breath.
When you use mouthwashes, make sure that you go in for those that have ingredients of aloevera and parsley. It is good to help get rid of bad breath.
Tea is one of the best bad breath remedies, so those who are addicts to coffee, it is advisable to switch to tea as coffee frames a thin coat on the tongue which blocks the oxygen supply on the tongue.
Keep your bowl clean.
Some chew ‘sugarless’ gum, this will help you clean your mouth as chewing increases the saliva flow.
Try these; if these tips fail to work, it is advisable to see a dentist. You may be having an oral disease that needs doctor's consultancy.
Hope, you will find these tips beneficial
Please share and comment.
Thanks in advance.
Professor ‘Bhuwan’. .
Cheers have a lucky day ahead.

Yes bad breath can be so embarrassing. But it has a remedy.Merely brusing our teeth will not solve the problem completely. It is only temporary till the flavour and smell of toothpaste remain. It is necessary to keep our bowls clean. Good digestible food will not cause bad breath. Too much non veg food caused bad odour of the mouth

Well bad breath is certainly very unpleasant filling avoiding people, not talking to them.Well drinking of yogurt is good cure the bad breath should disappear in about 6 weeks, but I also know another fantastic cure which one friend of mine had tried and it is really working. In the morning wash your throat with mixture of 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon mixed well in lukewarm water/you can do the same at night too even better/ So your breath will stay fresh all day.

You are really pro-tea aren't you? haha I would also tell you that parsley or mint are some good bad breath anilators. Plenty of water is good for most everything. I think coffee and tea both will turn your teeth yellow. I would go in for the parsley and mint myself.

I honestly think that making sure that you drink plenty of water is the main key to avoiding having bad breath. That is something that I've done for a long time for a variety of reasons. There is no way that you can hurt yourself by drinking water to start with, and it really is the best thing that you can drink. Drinking water flushes out your system and in doing that, it definitely does flush unwanted bacteria out of your mouth.

HI prof!
I agree with all those tips you mentioned above! I remember that some Chinese emperors used tea to get a clean breath...Those tips will help people who have bad breath...It is better to brush the teeth everytime we finish eating our food especially the sweets..(^^)

Thanks Prof for sharing the tips . I would like to add that using dental floss and inter-dental brush (various brands available at pharmacy stores) helps to get rid of food particles struck between teeth which sometimes may stay back even after brushing . But dental consultation is always advisable .

Hi Professor!
So did your friend get rid of his bad breath?
The tips you listed are very helpful. I didn't know that drinking too much coffee can cause bad breath. I only know that hunger can cause bad breath. I mean, if you are hungry and you haven't eaten, you are sure to have bad breath. But it's the kind that's not permanent since it can be remedied just by eating.
I have a friend who doesn't have a nice breath and I just don't know how to tell her about it. I just think that maybe she's hungry since the times I smell this of her when we talk is around dinner time which is the time of our class. So maybe she's just hungry.
Thanks for your tips.

Hello Papa!
Oh yes bad breath can be very irritating to have to experience while conversing with others. Some people sadly have health stomach issues which then conveys bad odor in their breath. But the suggestions you give are really good ones.
Very beneficial tips indeed! Thanks for sharing.

yes that's true bad breath is so embarrassing, me personally I don't like people with bad breath, I don't want to offend them, but I avoid talking to them, mostly because when I smell something bad like that my allergy strikes, I'm sneezing often, then I get colds the next day. better have good hygiene brush their teeth 3-4 times a day and gargle with anti-bacterial rinse. nice post prof.:)

dear dada,
If bad breath is not due to teeth/gums problem and cannot be cured with mouth wash or chewing gum then it has some internal problem already.
Sometimes people who are hungry, also having a few unwanted breath even after brushing teeth.
I suggest that yes, that need to consult their doctor and check their health about it.
I use herbal toothpaste made, to have an early morning fresh breath always.
hugs to you and maa

Jai beta
After brushing with some reputed brand tooth paste, one can rub with good quality herbal powder, it makes the teeth strong, removes bad breath too.
Blessings.

Yes, I do think that chewing on gum would help with your mouth and teeth to make sure they are clean and healthy. I have heard that drinking plenty of water or liquids also helps. I like to drink Chinese Oolong tea everyday. I heard its very healthy for you. I think it would be best to have a regular yearly checkup with a doctor or a dentist to make sure you don't have some kind of oral disease.
