Friends. Have you always been diligent in your studies way back in high school and elementary?
As for me, i had been a lazy student in my elementary days. In fact, i almost flunked Grade2 because i hated studying a lot. I was advised to take summer school for advanced Math, and come Grade3, i had grown a bit mature and the diligence had developed.
When i was in high school, i was asked to be seated next to the class valedictorian and she has inspired me a lot to study further. I, then became very serious with my studies.

ive been diligent with my studies when i was at elementary. but my parents are always fighting and since i am the first born i was the one who got affected with it. my dad was not that inspiring for me. he was not around when something great happened and he was not there too during school activities like medals and graduation. when i was in high school i even took third year high school twice for i was no longer inspired. but when i was at fourth year i scored 99+ at NCEE that made the teachers shock for i was not that studious but still i top on something i put my focus at.

I was always diligent in everything school related. I realized, however, in high school, and now, that everything before high school is relatively pointless. I'm not saying its a good idea to ignore all of it, because some of it is necessary for life, but whether or not you do well in the areas that aren't important really doesn't impact you at all, because employers really only look at college, and colleges really only look at high school.

Up to now, I am still having an unstable diligence
Sometimes, I can be really diligent, but in the other time, I can turn into the laziest person in the world. Oops, it is too much. The laziest person in my home, would be more appropriate
OK, I'll try my best to keep it stable

I am very serious about my studies. I'm in my senior year of highschool right now and I'll have my big exam next year. As an only child, my parents wanted me to study hard and have a better future so they crammed me with tutoring since grade 3. I hated it and didn't take it seriously until I entered highschool then I realized how important studying was. It's alright to be lazy during elementary school because you're still a kid but when it's high school and college, you got to get out of the lazy phase.

I was lazy and cramming was my habit but nevertheless I was a god student! I hated studying. In fact in college I didn't buy textbooks. I just pay attention in class and during exams I just try o recall what the teacher discussed as I deem to have the ability of what might come out of the test. I got grades higher than those who didn't sleep studying. But I'm not proud of this because I knew I could have done better if only I had studied.

I have always tried to do my best for a good study result or to complete all with a good result on a test or to pass an exam. But there are times, when I probably did not get all the instructions right for some reason. Sometimes the teacher expects the student to know something they do not.
I think a teacher should always start out from the very basic to make sure that each student have understood all the needed instruction for completing the test, exam or that, work which needs to be completed. I am a diligent student always have in mind to finish everything I have started.

I am a diligent student. My student life passed studying and reading. I seldom go out to hang out with friends and I gave so much importance on having good grades. Luckily, I topped the class since grade school until I graduated as Magna for college. I wanted to make my parents proud, and I guess I did.

Diligence has never been in my dictionary. I don't know why but I find school to be really boring, I never flunked any grades but I have to take make-up classes to pass for my second and third year in high school. I also have an issue with listening to teachers and I lose interest in a lot of subjects. I really wish I had the diligence for something, I wonder how you develop that, is there any special techniques?

I always take my studies seriously. I'm always at the cream section during elementary and highschool. My classmates thought I'm a snob but I'm not, I just prefer studying alone and I get easily annoyed if someone's bothering me. I don't join quiz bees or any contests to compete with other schools even if they said that I am capable of winning it. I can excel in any subject that I am really interested in, I just don't put effort on those subjects that require me to have a companion or join a team. Overall, It seems that I got the knowledge but not much of experience because I do not socialize with others very well.

In my schooling days. I am not really diligent on studying. I hate studying. But luckily, I finished everything from elementary to highschool to college. I think if you just enjoy what you are doing like schooling maybe you could get any problem with it along the way. Learning is fun, it should be fun. So enjoy learning till you can, because there are not a lot of people have the chances that like we got.

well, I "wanted" to be diligent and studious getting top scores.
My main hobby, when i was in school, was to make timetables to study at home.(Only making timetables. no study based on that. Somehow couldnt keep it, then.)
In short,in high school i wanted to study, but couldnt do it. so my scores were low.
But whenever i study seriously, i get very good scores.

elementary years is always been great to me.. I'm one of the honor student before and I'm very diligent to my study but temptation came during my high school years.. as they said, high school is the best year ever.. ^_^ and I can prove it is true.. most of the time we try things that we are curious about and being a student during our high school years is in the stage where we try all things we want and tend to be rebelious.. but time goes by and thing are change.. today, I'm in college and most of the time I work alone and back to my old self.. the dilligent student as you may say.. but being a student doesn't mean you'll always be focus on your study.. there are instances that you need to have fun balance it with you study and in that case, you may be greated thatn just being a delligent student in class.. ^_^
