Aguest 17th, I was hired by a jewelry company with two friends, we are a team taking responsiblity to manage this company. setting up the management structure within the company, for now most work has done,then the workers need to be trained, I made a speech to the staff, I was very glad it had very successful though I was very nervous at that time. I never imagine I'm good at speech. feel good. they are very interested in my speech with short facetious enlightening. I was welcomed to make the second lectures. working this company is my firt step that forward to be a successful Manager !
