constipated all the time

I feel constipated all the time. Especially if I take tea, what is the problem?

I am just wondering why you are still constipated even when you are drinking tea?Are you drinking enough water everyday?I think you need to drink lots of water so that you will not be constipated. Drinking tea can cleanse our body since it contains antioxidants that can help our system cleanse. Or if you don't want to drink plenty of water you may try eating foods that are rich in fiber. Fiber also helps our digestive system to be cleanse. I hope you'll consider this. Welcome to mylot!

That's right eynjel. Eating fiber-rich fruits and vegetables, even if we drink tea during the day, will help solve the problem of constipation. Also drink lots of water and do stomach or abdominal exercise.

I do drink water after every meals and I also eat fiber foods.

Huh? You are constipated when you are drinking tea? Isn't that contradicting? Doesn't tea helps in metabolism or digestion? Well, drink a lot of water and eat fiber rich foods like papaya, pine apple, etc... Also do some exercise too.

I also thought tea is like medicine. But every time I have a cup, my stomach feel full and blotted for a long period.

I experienced that before, I guess you have to eat more fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water.

You need more fibre in your food. Thanks to fibre we have better digestive process. Try to eat more fruit and vegs and drink plenty of water. Some exercise also can help you. Before you reach for pills try to eat more apples. It should help you.

Check your: 1. Hydration- Are you drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day? 2. Fiber - Are you eating vegetables and fruits? 3. Metabolism - Are you getting enough exercise or moving about?

I will be telling a lie if I said I take 8 glasses but at least 5 glasses of water. Fiber in a meal a day is a must in my house because I have kids and their nutrition is important.Exercise is secondary to live because I take my kids to school on foot almost 2 km every day.

Moreover, you also need to do deep breathing to release tension. It is also one of the causes of constipation and even emotional stress. Balanced diet,8-10 glasses a day, proper exercise and high roughage foods can help ease your constipation problem.
