for what you use MSN

i have registered a MSN for one year, but only have 5 friends, who are seldom online. so i am very interested how to find new friends and for what usually people use MSN? why not use other IM software?

hey either you can give your id to other friends or you can just look for other guys on chat rooms and even on social networking sites
