I love yogurts! Especially the one mixed with strawberries, but it didn't cross to my mind the benefits it gives to our health. All I know is it tastes good. Some people say that continues drinking or eating yogurt will help you loose weight? It also good for people who has bad breathe, how true is this?

Yoghurt has lots of health benefits. It supplies the body with plenty of live microorganisms to eat up all the bad bacteria that is causing diseases like yeast infections, cancer soars, uti, etc. I also believe it is also good with bad breath because bacteria causes the odor and the less the bacteria, then the less the odor. It is best taken on an empty stomach as I wake up in the morning if I have some or I'd rather have fruits. Keep it up. Yoghurt is very healthy.

Well yogurt for as long as they are real yogurts are really good for those who are watching weight. I think they are cholesterol burners so those who eat yogurt on a regular basis are fit and healthy. Yogurt also helps us have regular vowel movement so this is probably the reason why it helps cure bad breath. But honestly I can't fully enjoy the sour taste in yogurt.

I love love LOVE yogurt too! I discovered Greek yogurt recently and I love how it almost tastes like cheese which means it's great with fruit! I've been having a lot of bad stomach problems lately and I learned that yogurt is good for digestion. Having yogurt for breakfast kinda helped a lot. This could be because the bacteria culture in yogurt cleans out our system. I'm not entirely sure about the weight loss thing. If anything, it's a great thing to eat if you want to make healthy choices :)

I have tried yogurt without flavor so i didn't like it. It doesn't taste good at all. But with the benefits of yogurt, it prevents bone problems. Yogurt is also a good source of protein which makes you going all day. And i heard of celebrities as having yogurt as their meal, to lessen their weight. But never heard about helping a person with bad breathe. Where did you heard of that?

Wow! Yogurt is indeed a healthy drink for everyone of us. Now, I believe one of my friends telling me that yogurt is good to prevent and cure bad breathe which at first ignored him. You should try yogurt that has flavors in it like strawberry yogurt which is very delicious. With this, I will continue to take yogurt in order to get its good benefits. Thanks!
