.Hi friends yesterday i joined a site named inbox dollars oh im happy because signup bonus is 5$ then im angry when i see minimum payout is 30$ by check. Im asking why there are fixing minimum payout as 30$ then why cant they give 20$ as signup bonus.. Normally 2$ minimum payout sites dont offer as any bonus . So atlast i come to conclusion that sites are not interested to pay their members they are more interested to earn themselves. If the site has 2$ as payout wil they give 1$ as bonus so that members can easily reach 1$ by working with them. I think sionup bonus is simply fooling the people. What u think about those sites?

The $5 is incentive to join. They would loose tons of money if they just gave you the $5. So they make payout somewhat high so you'll do more surveys and some people wont actually make it to $30 because they'll get annoyed, bored, or just give up before reaching $30 because it takes so much work. By doing this if people give up the site actually makes more money because they don't have to give you any of the money you earned especially not the promised $5.

Plus they don't want people to just sign up and leave. They want serious users.

Totally agree with you. That's what bonus are for. To make you register. And then if you leave in the middle, the entire amount is theirs to keep.
After all it's all BUSINESS :)

You are right. Actually most earning websites which offer you an attractive signup bonus just want more users to join it. And most of these websites are scams. As it is not so possible for you to reach the minimum payout. You must spend quite a long time. And even if you can reach it, it will have various kinds of reasons not to pay for you.
I love China

Hi Naseemkum.
Higher the payout limit more chances they would keep your money and scam you. Basically they are asking you to earn 25$ for pay out that could take months so you would keep working for them for months rather than say 2$ pay out which would take say 2 weeks and if you get scammed you would work only for 2 weeks for free. SO if you have to scam then keep payout bigger so you in mean time get tons of referrals.

Signup bonus is simple not fooling people, rather its a business. They will give you money when and only when they can earn.Signup bonus is to attracts people who will give earning steam to the site. When earning will cross the cost ( here pay out limit) they will give you change to withdraw. Other wise the site turn to scam so fast.
Inbox dollars is a legit site for long time hope will not turn into scam.

I agree that this is a frustrating thing. But I feel there is nothing we can really do about it. If we want the extra money then we have to work with them. I felt this way when I first signed up with inbox. I was very upset It took me three months to reach the payout. And then you have to wait thirty days to get your check. After that you are considered a gold member and it won't take that long to get your check once you reach your cashout limit. There are quite a few different ways to earn from inbox which I like. It allows more ways to increase the amount you earn. So hang in there and you will get your money even though it takes a lot of time. The tool bar is another way to earn from inboxdollars.

I agree with your statement. They are just fooling us with the sign up bonus. Most of them get astonished by seeing huge sign up bonus. When the minimum payout is large they can make use of our earning for further investment purposes. Most of the who joined tried a lot to reach minimum payout then lose their effort and quit their account and lose the earned money. This will gain the company.

They must hate it when someone actually does stick around long enough to earn the minimum amount. Then they have to pay them.

I agree with you. Signup bonus is just to attract more people to get signup with them. Inbox dollars is a year old program, and it pays to it's members. Few years ago I was a member of this site, I believe you will enjoy the online paid games there. Best wishes your venture with inbox dollar.

First of all, they are not charitable institutions that will just give you free money.
Obviously, the sign up bonus is a way to attract people to join the site. The high cashout minimum however is a way to filter out cheaters and those who are just looking for a quickbuck as compared to serious members. Just imagine if a site has a minimum payout of $2 and giving out $1 as a sign up bonus (as per your example), once you reach $2 and cash out for the first time, will you continue with your current account or will you instead create a new one to get the bonus sign up again?
If you don't like the rules of a certain site, then, you might as well refrain from joining. It's a mutual relationship. They earn when you earn.
