Eve teasing

I do not know where eve teasing originated. But i do know eve teasing is very closely related to harassing women physically. mentally or emotionally.Its bad.Women are human too and they have feelings. They are not toys to play around with.they must be respected and not humiliated. I hope that strict rules are made to stop this crime against women
