Manchester United will do his second match this season with Tottenham Hotspur as their opponent. Manchester United have a good record when it meets the North London club.
Manchester United won 2-1 at West Bromwich Albion in the first week of the Premier League. Despite the win and appear relatively more dominant, the 'Red Devils' only carve one shot on goal in the game.
Wayne Rooney et al. predicted would improve their game because the second match will be held at Old Trafford on Tuesday (23/08/2011) pm dawn. However, the Spurs still likely to bring surprises.
Spurs had an advantage from MU shortcomings..
Actually, there is good news for Spurs in the form of absence of two key defenders MU, Ferdinand and Vidic. But Spurs manager, Harry Redknapp, assessing both the figure of coatings, such as Phil Jones, also qualified.
Chelsea are unbeaten in 20 matches in the Premier League final against Spurs. MU won 15 of them.
Meanwhile, Spurs last victory at Old Trafford was long ago, namely in December 1989. When it's Gary Lineker scored the only goal in the match.
Finally, the 'Red Devils' have a good performance when playing at home. Last season, they never lost at home by bagging a record 18 wins and 1 draw. MU earned 55 of a possible 57 points at home last season.

I think MU will be too strong for Spurs. I can only see one outcome for this match and that is a victory for MU.

It definitely would be an interesting match. It will be the first run of the season for the Spurs and would be an indicator as to how they will shape up for the season. On the other hand for Man U, they will be without Rio and Vidic and that could leave an inexperienced defense. Something which the likes of Bale, Modric and Van Der Vaart might relish. But Man U knows to win even when they do not play well, so it will be an interesting match.
Cheers!

i think MU will win in this match..even it can get from a hard effort...
With a concentration broken because still thingking about Luca modric rumour, it can affect all spurs performance..
i think MU had an advangates from that side..
But MU will play without a great defender, Ferdinand and Vidic..But they still had Phill Jones...
They had too ashley young as new machine goals....
