Hi Friends, last night I saw a dream that I was supposed to go for my final year exams which I have missed. I did not remember my subjects of the exam and was asking about a subject to my neighbor who was also not having any idea, I started crying in my dreams. I woke up when my wife pushed me and asked that why am I making so much noise, after some times she realized that I was in dreams, I too realized that and told her this story. Friends, this is not first time when I was afraid of my exams in the dream, there had been many similar dreams. I am not able to understand that why do I dream about exams very often. Any such incident with you?

Your subconscious probably has an important message for you that you're missing. To dream of an exam usually indicates feelings of fear; of failing or what others think of you, etc. I suggest that you think back on your dreams and try to remember different things that happened, and that you saw, in your dream. Then look up the dream symbols in a dream dictionary. I like to use dreammoods.com. After that, try to put them together and see if there is anything that you need to work on. If you figure out and listen to the message, then you should stop having these dreams.

The exam is just a symbol. It can be representative of your work and of other things currently happening in your life. You may feel that you are being tested in some other way.

Hi Ajay SIngh Baghel: I have a dream over and over again but I don't complain because it's actually a beautiful dream and I enjoy it. I think that when an idea is very important to you, it's normal that it will be present in you heart and in your brain even while you are sleeping. My advice would be try to think what makes you feel attatched to this moment of your life, or if there's a problem right now that makes you have a similar kind of feeling. At least it will be a good point to start a personal exercise. ALVARO

Hello Dear Ajay! I think I have responded such discussion in the past too! In fact I too dream many times some thing similar to this! I get frustrated and I practically run from pillar to post as I have not got prepared for the examination and I am supposed to attend the exam! This types of dreams are frequently encountered by me still at the age of 50+! out of curiosity I have referred few sites and few books on this subject and in reply I got the following information!!!! Generally highly ambitious people have such dreams! they want every thing in their lives to happen in a planed order and they can't withstand the fact that they have got failed in their planning because which they faced the defeat! they are subconsciously worried about the success of their plannings may it be then anything! apparently these type of people may not show their anxiety and apprehension openly, but they are worried from inside and this worry is expressed in the form of dreams!!!! I think, it is true, as I have heard from many friends of mine who also have similar dreams and they are highly ambitious in their lives and they are really doing well in their lives! And one more thing you must be dreaming almost every night ! This I am saying I know many people who never dream or if they dream they don't remember them at all in the morning! But I am sure , people lik eus hardly have any night without having a dream! Am I right? Please respond! Thanks ! All the best!!!!

You are so right, I dream every night almost and there are few dreams that are repeated. In my latest dream I was talking to my manager about a project failure an dhow to reduce the risk .. I started talking so loud that my wife pushed me so that I can realize . .. although whatever I was talking in my dream was not understandable to her as it was lime making some stupid noise and nothing else. Whatever is the reason but after all these dreams I do not feel that I had deep sleep last night .. it feels that I was living in that dream. Thank you so much for sharing.

I do not have stress at work and that should not cause such dreams. Thanks for sharing.

Oh i had several incidents like that. And yes i've dreamed about missed exams when i've graduated years already. I still dream i was in school and missed my classes. I believe those were our fears and that's why we keep on dreaming about them. We feared that we haven't done our best or maybe we were worried of how we dealt with our past lives.

I believe that exam is fear for most of us and that is why we dream about it often but now when I have passed that phase these dreams should get away from me. Thanks for sharing.

hi:) That always happened to me before when I worries too much about my exam, or when after I finished reviewing and I suddenly fall asleep, my friend told me that perhaps it's on my sub-concious mind, because if you think too much of one thing it stores on your subconcious mind and that's the reason why you dreamed about it.
