Cross Trainer Tips

I use the cross trainer at my local gym. I started off only being able to do 5-10 minutes - but now a few weeks on I am going for about 1 hour on resistance 8/9 (out of 25) with a random cycle. I feel that I can see the benefits of this alreayd but am wondering - does anyone have any tips for maximising the effectiveness of the cross trainer? Thanks

I train but I'm still in the beginning. Yet because I train and have extra pounds to lose.so we need to ask fitness coach. nice day!
