Bad Karma: You Know It's Coming

It's really great to watch those who pay for their sins suffer. I'm not a big fan of suffering but I think it's just right for those who have done wrong to suffer the consequences bad karma brought to them. They should know full well that anything that goes around, comes around. I'm bringing this subject up because I've witness a victim of bad karma *again* earlier during my shift. It was really bad. Karma just hit the person right between the eyes and this person didn't know what was coming. I just sat there and watch while it devoured its victim alive. Of course I'm figuratively speaking here. So, have anyone of you seen someone experienced bad karma? How did you interpret it?

In this worldly life every human being is subjected to the fruits of the actions done in past lives and also in the present life. This is known as "Prarabdha".This consists of bad as well as good karma. If you have done good in the past the fruits will of those acts will be good and if you have done bad then naturally you will suffer.Today we see so much of bad karma, not only of individuals but even of entire countries. We see power hungry politicians who commit frauds and scandals thinking that they will nnever be caught but ultimately they do get caught and receive the punishment that they deserve.Common criminals who commit robbery are caught and sent to prison. We also see many people who are successful and seem to do nothing wrong.Whatever they touch turns to gold.Such persons have done immense good acts in their past lives for which they are rewarded in this present life.Similarly there are persons who are failures all through and this is because of the bad acts done in previous lives.

That is a nice point. It made me wonder about those people who seem to be doing nothing but able to influence a lot of people to do good things until I realized it's all about what you do. It has been said that you'll be recognized not by what you have said, but what you've done in life.

I have never seen one hit by bad karma in real life. I guess, the people around me are nice, that's why they don't get bad karma and of course that includes me. I always do what is right, because i believe in karma or in the saying "Do unto others what you would like other do unto you" Just like you, i love soap operas that delves on bad karma. Like the previously ended Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin. It's a nice example of bad karma.

Yep, television shows exhibit a good example of how karma works. I'm sure one day you'll see someone experience this. Everyone is included in this law, no exemptions.

Yeah, I think religion should foccus more in good deeds than to criticize and fight for this and that reason, if most knew that whatever we do comes back multiplied not as a God's punishment but because it's a Universe's Law and it won't change for anyone, people might think better.

Yeah. It's basically do good to others and you'll receive good things too. Do otherwise and you'll pay for it.

I personally not experienced any bad karma. But, I heard stories that it punishes the victim more cruelly. But, if we did not do any mistakes then we should not suffer any of these bad karmas. Then we would be able to master our minds and can go forward like a true instance. So, don't do any mistakes that you to pay of your sins.

I agree with both of you. Basically, if you do something wrong to others, it will come back to you.

there are some high positioned people in our company that does not judge fairly and so most of the employees do not like them. for me, i am just waiting because i know that someday they will meet their bad karma and will pay for their sins and the sorrow that they have caused to their families.

Well, that's just right if they experience bad karma. A lot of people are so insensitive to the awful things that they're doing so I think they need some bump to make them aware of it.

I'm not sure if Karma is real some times I question if it does exist. If something bad happens to some one who did bad maybe it was just a coincidence. I wonder who invented the law of karma because I realize good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people or rich people get to live happy carefree lives and poor honest people live crappy lives.

Bad things might happen to good people because good people also do bad things. No one is perfect, which means no does good things all the time. That goes for bad people too. Bad people sometimes do good things. The thing about karma is, it doesn't choose whether you're a good or a bad person. If you've done something bad, karma will come and get you.

There are rich people suffereing from certain matters like stress. we think they are very happy when they travel in priceless vehicle like Audi , BMW etc. When you get close with you will understand money is the not one that make happy. If bad thing happen to good people, it is the test of God. God test those people who love him. So be patient and wait for good to come. If good thing happen to bad people, it is for short period.

I do believe in good and bad karma but I don't like thinking or interpreting it. I see it all around me. I just keep it in the back of my mind though. "Do unto others what you want others to do unto you."

My example is about someone who rattles on other people. I can't really go on the details, but it's not the worst if that's what you're thinking.

Yes I have seen that kind of situation already.I think they have just reaped what they have sown. It's a lesson for them to think, that doing bad things is not really good. Because it will really comes back to you, whatever you have done to others. Their is also a saying that goes like this,"Don't do unto others if you don't want others do unto you."

Yes, it will come back to you. So it's better to do good things instead of bad so good things will also come back to you.

It is like in the saying, Do something good to others and others will certainly do good onto you. Same as in bad karma, you do bad, and bad karma will certainly come and get you. I really do believe on this. And i think there is really absolutely wrong if we just simply do good onto others. I certainly dont understand why some people cant really help doing bad things on other people.

Yeah, maybe some people need to learn it the hard way. If you think about it, it's already there laid out in front of them. Since they were young, karma is already at play. All they need to do is open their eyes and witness how it really works. I've realized it late but at least I did.
