Relevance of Psychology

Hello everyone,
So, I am making my project now and I am an Information Technology student(IT). I just want to ask what is the relevance of psychology to IT students? Well, I already have an idea and I already started my project but I think this is not enough like I can used psychology for my field because I will learned how to adjust to a new environment etc. So, can you please share some thoughts about this topic. thanks in advance.

Well the first psychological case is to determine why on Earth people would take up Information Technology, knowing that what they study will be obsolete before their course ends.
Second case is where you find yourself working in an ISP. It is your job to convince the customers that the fault is always in their computer and never in your equipment.
Last case is when you can't find a job after graduation, and think seriously about taking up psychology as a career.
