Relationship between Luck and God blessing !!!!

I just want to know the relationship between term luck and God blessing. Is this are used different or it has different meaning ? Or it is used as synonyms. Please share your ideas.

If you have done some good deeds in the past, then luck will follow you where ever you go and it will yield good results. If you are kind and benevolent God will bless you and as a result you will not under go sufferings in the future.

i believe that both are in some way techniques to relieve stress and other things. There is no hard evidence that luck or gods blessings actually exist. in my opinions they are just things people choose to believe in, These beliefs can change over time. With time everything changes.
