Does anyone know how to permanently cure an infected colon, with natural foods.

Depends on what you mean by infections of your colon.
Probiotics can be very beneficial to balance the natural flora of your GI tract and help reduce the number of harmful bacterial in there.
You can also eat yogurt, if you are tolerant of dairy, to help aid in this as well. If you are not tolerant of dairy, you may have some success with Stonyfield's O'Soy. I had medication induced IBS for two years and couldn't tolerate a gram of dairy, but I missed yogurt so badly that I tried the O'Soy. It wasn't terrible and it has a variety of healthy bacteria.
If you opt for Yogurt, make sure the container lists the types of live active cultures. Kefir is another dairy based cultured product. You can make smoothies with it, pour it over cereal, etc.
Ginger is beneficial in maintaining GI motility. Fennel Seed can be good for reducing painful gas. Peppermint is a soothing anti-spasmodic and can reduce painful cramping. During my bout with IBS I would mix Organic Peppermint and Organic Fennel Seed to make a strong tea every morning and evening.
If you are having trouble with constipation and or diarrhea, try adding acacia fiber to your diet. It is a pre-biotic, which provides a healthy food for normal flora in your GI tract, it also gels up in your intestines which has two benefits. 1) if you have chronic diarrhea, it will firm it up ~or~ 2) If you have constipation it will gel around the firm stool and help your body move it through naturally without stimulants.
Hope that helps.
