Would you want to travel alone or with a companion? I can do both because when you travel alone, there's an opportunity also to make a new friend. So you can never be really alone.

for me, i hate travelling alone, it is very boring. i love to go on vacation with my family. i love the way my kids smile when they enjoy what they see, what they've got and what they do. i can't imagine to have a vacation without my family, it's bored me, like hell...

I prefer travelling with my family or my hubby. Its fun to share how you appreciate places and people with your family, love ones or even friends. You can also meet new people and make friends even if you have a companion. I find it easy to approach other people if I have someone beside me. :)

In my younger days I have a great time visiting overseas destinations on my own. I found other backpackers of different nationalities really friendly. We like exchanging travel talk and chatting about our home countries.
These days I travel with my children. I have a disabled son aged 4 and a 2 year old daughter. I know that it is very enjoyable to travel with children. They learn new things when they travel when a bit older than my son. I took my disabled son to Portugal at 4 months old, to the Baltic Countries at 13 months old and to Cape Town at 20 months old. Then I took both my children to Vancouver and this year to Colombia.
