FinAsia Global .. are they scam?

Hi mylotters, I have received a call from this FinAsia global so they told me that they got some information from there marketing system.So I was engaged in the call and they offered me a VIP card for lifetime for 3995 pesos and they were eager to deliver it on the same day it self. Thel also told me that I can pay it through my credit card. But I just postponed the delivery and try to validate first before grabbing the offer. I tried to check there website in the internet and call there contact number but the number is attended but I tried again there other contact number and speak a agent from there so I tried to ask them why I was not able to contact some numbers in there website and when the agent answer the call its just a simple hello unlike others agency that will state there company first. But the agent just explained to me that it was a wireless phone and maybe there were no signal and but I tried to ask how come is like that? then the agent just dropped off the phone. I also tried to call some airlines that they were claiming there partner on that travel agency but the airline was not familiar on the agency? Do you think this is a scam?
