I think at the moment and the mass murderers of Norway. Many people say yes, everyone deserves a second chance. I do not agree.

absolutely no, because at such a senseless slaughter of innocent people (children) is not given a second chance. the pain and the suffering of those left behind is nothing in the world irreparable. this is my personal opinion!

I firmly believe that everyone deserves a second chance, even a murderer. Of that I'm not going to not deviate. The man belongs in jail, no question, and probably in a psychiatric hospital, not an issue, but why should not he allowed in 20 years or so to live in freedom? People can change, grow older and wiser. If any one would like to lock away for life who has made ??a mistake (even though he has had dramatic consequences), then we are no longer human.

Hi, A killer who has been changing and improving ourselves he is very feasible to be given a second chance. But is it a guarantee for him not to do a second murder? I think the one who has been involved in crime is very difficult to eliminate the bad image that he was carrying.

The hard part is that you can not make sweeping statements from the outset, who deserves a second chance and who does not. I think everyone should have a chance to get a second chance. This, however, he should earn it themselves - not by mere promises, but with deeds - whether through therapy, the effort at restitution, change of living environment and habits, etc. depends on the individual case. That is initially suspicious and the serious questions, of course. If you generally assume that people are starting an h well and someone this "trust bonus" playful, my opinion is the "burden of proof" is reversed ... he can no longer expect that he is a good person holds as long as you can prove otherwise, but then he has only once to prove that he is a good person and he has changed. Every person who has proven themselves seriously, but you should give a second chance.

Hi, I do not agree if everyone should have a second chance, okay, maybe in terms of goodness is positive, but for the evil they have done is must always be considered to give a second chance.

Hi, many people need a second chance, but a mass murderer like the Norwegians they have not earned. This monster makes fun of himself but his sacrifice and his act even tried to . legalize Actually, he should be punished separately for each victim.

A man of something with full awareness, with intentionally makes, such as the one led bombers, but applies to all other criminals deserve a second chance. At least not here on earth. Remains the only hope of "divine grace". I could imagine, however, that "God" covered his face, and weeps bitterly.

This opinion comes even from the Christian understanding of charity. This includes not only forgiveness but also dangerous offenders out of charity to their potential victims and to themselves (they are with each act so guilty over and over again) not to be released.
