I am working as a part time in the evening and my job sometimes requires me to work over time or even like 24 hours especially when I have to substitute some absentees.I felt very exhausted and with that I've got fever and I can't bear working anymore that's why right now I've been absent for a couple of weeks already. I am also planning to quit because my health is at risk according to my doctor I have to relax my body for how many days like 2-3 days so that I can recover immediately. When your health is at risk, would you decide to stop from that job you have? Take note, the job is highly compensating, that's why I still have doubts in quitting. What should I do? Kindly advice me,thank you.

Even if a job pays well, you can't really do your job very well if your health is deteriorating. If I were you, I'd be looking for another job that pays fairly well, one that won't ruin your health.

It's high time that you give your health due attention. What's the use of having money, if working hard to have it would cost you your health. It would just be dwindled by the medicines you will be purchasing to regain your health.
I think, you should give in to your doctor's advise. Not necessarily quit, but just take a vacation. But if you can, look for another job , that won't stress you so much and cost your health to deteriorate.

Take a break . Your health is at risk, which is actually. Even a machine can break down if
it is running long runs or non stop.Whether your life or health is much more compensating than your present work, you could make out a list and weight for yourself, say for a period of 1 to 5 years or 10 or 20years.
