Good Friends On MyLot!

Yes, but don't name names because if I forget just one, all hell will break loose! I'm kind of busy with other things today, so excuse me if I'm not so active today!

Yes during my short time here I too have made several great friends here on myLot. I pm with them just as much as I interact in discussions. I can count on them to listen to me and or apply some really great advice. Even while I at times can MIA, they are emailing, pming and or calling me on the telephone. This means a great deal to me as I truly feel I can count on them.

I have been on mylot and too have made some good friends.Four or five real good ones that I would visit if I were in their area.There are several too that send me messages,helping me on my lot and telling about other money making opportunities online.

Oh yes, I have friends from way back when I first started, and sometimes I forget that no everyone knows my business, and sometimes I start a post on my personal life and if I am not clear on what my life is like, most people will comment and it isn't something that is useful. Yet, when an old friend gets in the post, he or she, (mostly it my female friends) will get right to the point and sometimes even explain to the newcomer things like, "I can't just jump in a car to get away from it all" or "I can't just pack up and leave" It's those kind of friends, the ones that know me well, that I can count on when the going gets tough. Then I get new friends from an old friend like I did a couple months back..I only knew them a short time and when I was going through some problems last month, this new friend offered me her phone number so I could call and talk..Unfortunately at the time my phone didn't have good reception, but now I do..But I'll never forget how this one new friend was willing to help me, even though she knew little about me..

I haven't made really good friends on mylot, but I used to think people just came on here for the money, but I now know people come on here to talk, and make good friends, and learn life lessons, this is a really good site, I hope I will make a friend on here I can truly count on on mylot. This is only my second day at MyLot. I heard about it on a Squidoo lens. I've been very active on Squidoo, HubPages, and Gather, and that's how I find out about most sites I've not visited. I'm still feeling my way around MyLot, learning the culture here, since each site has its own culture. I'm learning by trial and error. So far I have only one friend here, though I'd like to make some good friends. Part of me wants to leap in with both feet for a week or two, but that might be too much for me to handle. I have to take vacations from Gather because it's so easy to be addicted there keeping up with friends, posting, commenting, etc. What I like about MyLot is that comments without content aren't allowed. Comments really add to getting to know people here, and normally are worth responding to. It takes time to get to know people and to make friends, just as in the real world. I'm hoping I will learn to know and appreciate some of you as friends. I only know a couple of my online friends off-line, and we've talked on Skype. Looking forward to getting to know all of you better.

Angelee__27 oh I have made a ton of really good friends here and they have even called here at Gold C rest when I missed several days to find out if I was okay. See I am 85 years young or will be in Nov.15 this year and a diabetic. but these are people I call really good friends. they have helped me by supporting me when I was sad or blue. I have really depended on them. I am choosy about off line friends but my best friend Nelda is a senior citizen like me 9 years younger but we are close as are our sons too.Angelee you have the spirit of a person who makes friends easily and keeps them. You have seen how friendly we can be so don't let the few unfriendly ones bother you at all. I started here looking for making money but found so much much morehere and my friendships are priceless to me and they come from all over the world, even one is a great little doggie named Gissi and his mom Gabs. wonderful people among all the other wonderful people here.

That’s so good that you’ve made good friends, I think it always helps!! I was on Mylot a few years ago, but I made this new account about 5 months ago. When I was first on Mylot I didn’t really add many people as friends, and I found my time quite boring. I ended up using Mylot more like a journal than a discussion site, and I couldn’t work out where I could read the discussions by other people etc. But now I have really got the hang of it, and I have about 4 people on Mylot who I simply adore, and I love reading their discussions, and I know they will always comment on mine :) I also think Mylot and making friends, and commenting on discussions, can be a real confidence booster. Fair enough it is virtual, but it will make people that are shy when it comes to talk to people in real life, realise that people ARE interested in what they have to say! :)

I had good friends here in mylot the helps me out whenever I need help here. Every time I get confused here, they are my helping hand. I am just so happy here in mylot and I am so thankful to my friends in here.

When I was new to this website., I just sent friend requests to many in random. I sent private msg.s and asked all my doubts. Some helped me truly..! Some gave many information about this site.. for eg. I didn't know how to upload a photo; one of my friends guided me.. I remember that friend...

mylot gives me not only extra money but also knowlege and help from myloterfriends when you meet some difficulties,apart from that i have a rapid progress in english writting by response my friends' post. i love mylot and support it by my action.

From your words,I know you are a open-minded guy, and the faithful one that can be counted on. It is lucky to have a friend like you. I am new starter on mylot,i have just been 3 days for registering mylot. Fortunatly, I met a friendly guy yesterday, and he gave some advice to my problem. Thanks for him and for you to open this discussion to let more people learn about friendship between internet.

I'd like to hear that you have made good frisnds here and I also want to try as a Chinese people want more foreign friends! Friends make us storger and not lonely in the world, I love all my friends!

You can definitely find many good friends that you poognat for many things. I also found their though and we all different from old friends we share and give advice. I imma those friends who write every day because they are now an indispensable part of my life. Very nice discussion. nice day!

Yes I have friends here in mylot who helped and encouraged me, maybe 2 or 3 of them. There were even some who helped me who were not yet included in my list of friends. The mylot members whom i encountered here has already helped so much thru their discussions and responses to my discussions.
