It's really hard to lose weight if you are lazy , even if you go for treatment and slim , after few months you will be fat again . So you should be hardworking enough to exercise in order to lose weight

bobby, i cant afford to be lazy. i go to bed at 1am & get up at 5am. in between i juggle a joint family, a 7yr old kid, his studies & tantrums, a husband, aging parents & 10-6 office.

Make sure you watch what you are drinking. Most people don't stop to concider how many calories they are taking in with the things they drink. Stick to water and other low calorie drinks.

I read a great idea somewhere - eating an apple before each meal will quell your hunger and cause you to eat less. Just eat an apple before every meal - and drink as much water as you can stomach. Also exercise doesn't have to be hectic - you can fit a gentle 10 minute walk into your day can't you? Walking is great exercise because it doesn't even feel like exercise:) But if you are eating like a bird and still putting on weight maybe you need to have your thyroid function checked out? That can cause weight gain and is easily treated.

If you are not eating much and still putting on weight are you sure your not pregnant? Keeping up with 3 kids under 10 is enough exercise for anyone!
