I always think and plan to work something related to social work but so far I dont think I have ever involved 'directly' in any social work or work of charity so far.I do want to participate in such activities though.
How many of you have ever involved in any kind of social work or charity or still associated with any social organization and serving your society?

Thats what most of common men think and it is also a way to serve your society but dont you think sometime when you see news so many things going wrong and you cant do anything to stop that..That time a kind of feeling comes what we are doing is enough for our country and society...? such questions come in mind believe it or not..but am sure you people too go through such phases sometime..when you are ok but you find yourself unable to help others..

I am from Rwanda living in The Netherlands.
I plan to establish a child care Center. We have lots of streets children who are exposed on all criminal activities. Not only they are on the streets but they also are not going to school or receiving any heath care treatmens if sick.
Young girls may face problems and are easy target if they are not protected.
So this was my Idea

Sounds big issue and you must have resources too to work all that out.I think you have to start an NGO if you are in that position or approach to any such disorganization for this big and important social cause.

Well, i have my full time job until Saturday, so Sunday is my family day, so i think I don't have time anymore to be with those organizations who does things for the society.
But on my own , i know i am doing my duty as a good citizen. I pay my income taxes religiously and honestly. I help keep the community clean by properly disposing of our trashes. I am a peace loving citizen.
