Do exercise make you look attractive?

I've seen many athletes, sports persons who look attractive. They have a very good body shape and good posture. So, is this because of their regular exercise? if so, then how much exercise should be done regularly to make you look attractive? and what exercises should be done?

Do exercise make you look attractive? Yes definitely especially if you're a guy because you build muscle and abs and women love that. Exercising daily should do it and adding lots of protein to your diet. I would say weight lifting and push ups would be good.

i can say that exercise an make you look attractive specially the athletes. for they eat right that makes you healthy that your body and skin will show. they also exercise regularly that makes them burn the unwanted fats. i use my bike everyday. that is my exercise. some people go to the gym. my wife uses a karen voight dvd and a few dances. i guess you need to find the exercise that fits you well. some people swim as their exercise, some do boxing. it all depends on what you like to do and you make sure you dont over do it.

I think that you're the most attractive when you're staying healthy and fit, beautiful fit and healthy people are clear evidence of that! I don't know how much exercise you need to do to get your ideal body, but if you want to look like an athlete then I bet it's a whole bunch! It's something you have to work up to I bet. Starting out with regular aerobics and weight lifting and working yourself up to the hard stuff.

If one is fit and fine, ultimately will look attractive to people and finally you can say yes, it does make you look attractive.

To look attractive, you really need to put the effort to it. Those athletes grind themselves by working out their body and proper diet and nutrition. They are really conscious of their body and takes care of it well. The amount of exercise you need will depend on your body type and your stamina and the current state of your body. I suggest that you start doing consistent exercises at first. Then enroll in a gym and get a trainer to help you out on your goals.
