Hello everyone. I am located in Asia, and currently working in a BPO company for three years now. Sadly, my shift starts at 9pm and ends at 6am the following day. A lot of things changed in my life, both physically and mentally. My weight keeps on changing, and most of the time I don't have enough sleep.
Aside from looking for another job, what can you suggest that I can do to survive this shift.:)

hello earnonline123.
I was looking for a job like this many years. I wish to be able to have a job like you. I need to be free during the day. For example I want to work in the night to be able to go in a university to study, or to take care for my daughter education, to play with her, so on. I understand that to sleep is hard but look at me. I can't sleep in the night because I think about trouble from the day. I'll be very happy to have a job like you. About enough sleep: I believe you can find some free time to sleep around the 7 to 11 am.. or even more. Honestly I love to have a job like this and I really want to have one.

Hmmm makes sense. Maybe it would depend on a person's current status if they want to have this kind of job or not. For single people, i guess they want to have a day job so that they can hang out with friends after work. For others, just like what you said, they want to earn a living during the night because they are too busy during the day doing all the errands, chores, taking care of the kids, etc...
Hope you can find a stable night job.

To be honest I prefer to have a financial freedom. There is the best whay to live. If you can start a little business then to employ somebody you can have more free time for you. I am not sure if so easy but to cread work places for people is better than to work for others. You just need to try everything for a better life.

I agree! I guess all of us are on a search to financial freedom. That is also my ultimate goal. However, I need to invest first on knowledge especially in financial aspects.
