I was until 2am in the morning because of my report in one of my subject. Its about corrosion of pipelines. I have been doing this routine for a couples of nights already and I can feel that my lack of proper sleep is getting on me. My eyes just want to be closed and my head want to hit the sack already. But I cannot do it since my report will be few hours from now. On the day itself of the reporting, I realized that mine was vague because it has full text in a slide and that content was not properly edited to be presentable to my classmates. After my report, my professor make a comment about how should we do our report. He emphasized about the 15-6-6-6. I didn't get what he said but he explain what the 15-6-6-6 means. He said that we should report for 15 minutes, each of us with 6 slides, 6 lines and 6 words. I was shocked about the format but it is really effective way of doing it. Also, he said that we should not allow ourselves to be carried away by the report but we should be the one to influence the delivery of the report. This was not my bad day but i cannot get over the fact that I sucked in my report.

@jaspertore: I have gone through the same experience as you. I did my programming codes a few days back and like you I stayed up the whole night to complete the application because it was due the next day. Until that point, I have only slept for 5 hours in like 2 days. It is really a very tiring experience, with addition to me not eating the whole day just for the sake of completing the code. Worse, I sucked in my presentation and my 'teammate' get away with the code eventhough he has almost nothing in the code to make his presence. And I sucked that whole day.
The thing is, do not overdo your report and leaving behind your health. Without your health, you cannot do what matters at the time that really matters.

I think your right about it. Better prepare ahead so that it would not happen again in me. Also, rest properly so that our mind and body can do things properly. Just like how we take care of our car.

You are confused by your report fatigue friend.
but you do not worry so much what is wrong in the things he knows.
Calm clean and repair it.
this is not a fatal error.
nice day!

Thanks for that. I know it is not yet my end. I have a long way to go and this is a stepping stone for me so that when I am in the corporate world or research community my report will not be like this. Thanks!
