Shvoong - what is your tips and tricks?

Hello guys.
I saw a fellow forumer posting about Shvoong this morning and I went to register. Not bad at first sight. Simple and clean.
However, I am feeling it is just another site like Triond, Hubpages etc etc.
Do you use those sites?
If yes, what is your tricks?
Of course, writing good articles, doing some backlinking etc etc are normal but anything else extra from all these?

What kind of a site is it?I got confused the first time I opened it.I have not done any work there till now.I'd like to know more about it if anyone is eager to tell.

I just write for them and submit the link to search engine.
I make lots of friends and comment on their content.They also comment on mine so I get some views....And ya I know search engine traffic have its own role and I m looking for that Thanx
