I like to eat fruit and so do my children we eat alot of fruit but not like we should I hear that some fruit is not good for your teeth, and right now I am likw there is nothing good for you anymore just like when they went to advertise drinking 4 to 8 glasses of water a day then when time went on we learned that it went down to 4 to 6 because they were talking about how you are washing all of the bacteria out that helps fight germs. So what to you guys think?

I think it´s a good idea to eat at proper times and then wash our teeth. It´s nmot good, it seems to eat all day, no matter how nutricious is what you are eating. Fruits have sugar and bacteria love that. But you cannot wash your teeth 10 times a day, so it´s better to eat some fruit (or many fruits) and then go wash. Fruits have vitamins and minerals and are specially good for people who don´t like to at veggies too much.

you shouldn't brush your teeth right after eating, especially if it's fruit or anything sugary. when you eat, the acidity level in your mouth rises. if you brush soon after eating, then you are basically scrubbing your teeth with acid. you should wait an hour after eating for the acid levels to return to normal before brushing. ESPECIALLY if it's something acidic, like fruit.

Eating fruit is a healthy habit. It's just anything no matter how good it is for health becomes bad for body when you start to have it out of proportion. I think it's kind of imbalances body's function...

Fruits are good for our health. Think of it, why does some fruits are seasonal. It is because we only need those fruits during that season as our body adjust to it's needs. We cannot find watermelon during rainy season as it's the season for that fruit, but during summer, watermelons are always available. So, better eat fruits which are available for the season. have a great day jaiho®

Eating too much of something is never good, so you got to eat particular food moderately but ensure that you have your daily intake of vitamins. I love fruit and eat them daily. I use to eat papaya fruit everyday and I would literally eat a while one everyday. I did that for several months and my skin began to turn yellow. O.O Turns out, too much vitamin A from the fruit could poison my liver. So, I've stopped eating it. I still do once every 3 weeks but not everyday!

I think all fruits are good for you, but its important to eat a balanced meal. Watermelon is costly in my area, as a small one was $5.00 this weekend. There is no way I could eat to much fruit with the high prices.

fruits are good for you, but you're right, they are also very acidic, which can damage your teeth, and they are very high in natural sugars. so it's just a case of, have some, but don't overdo it.

I like eating fruits and drinking fruit juices very much. I keep a stock of them in my refrigerator always. I have them throughout the day, in fact, starting from breakfast time. Amongst the fruits, orange is my favorite. I like the taste, and it is a source of Vitamin C.

It is fine to eat a lot of fruit, as long as you don't add other sugar full food into your diet. For example it is fine to eat a lot of apples, but if you eat a slice of cake, you should cut down on some of the apple. Fruits definitely have their benefits in good health, but it still provides sugar, so moderation is still needed. Fruits by themselves are fine, but adding other sweets will be unnecessary for your body. Remember your body cannot distinguish between different types of sugar or carbohydrates for that matter. But enjoy eating fruits, it is good if it becomes a staple to your diet, just make sure to cut down on fruits IF you include other sweets like candy in your diet. But I suggest to minimize candy than fruits. Cheers!

We eat alot of fruit in my house too. Sometimes it seems like fruit is the only healthy thing my son will eat. Fruits have natural sugars in them, but that doesn't mean its bad sugar. I don't think you have to worry about eating so much fruit that its bad for you. I think you only have to worry about that if fruit is the only thing in your diet.
