Do you think people with poor background will shine in the future. According to me there are the case but it should not go above 30%.most of the poor people think that they are not blessed by God or they do not wish to study. They spend their earning without any saving. Most of the parents doesn't wish his son to go for school. What do you think ?

Hard work, only hard work will help you out. There are many success stories where they were really poor growing up, even homeless at some time living in the streets. I cannot point out a few, but I am certain there are. In fact most of them did not just receive success by obtaining a home or a job, some became millionaires and or billionaires after the hard work they applied.
It is not about being blessed by God, because God does not discriminate, depending on how you look at things. It is stated that God helps those who help themselves. You can wait all you want for his help, but it will not come. You must take the initiative to work for what you want.
In my family, my mother's side and father's side have different perspectives. In my mother's side, they invested on lands, stores, or rather material goods so that they have something to leave behind for their children. Though education was important, having that farm land or that store to leave behind was their choice.
In my father's side, they did not have lands, stores, but their parents invested all their money on educating their children.
I can easily tell you which was the more successful idea. My mother even agree's that my father's family's idea on education was more important. Even today my family's goal is not to give us a piece of land, but to help us get that diploma. We may resist going to school, but that diploma is important no matter how you look at it.
Right now, my mother's side of the family is struggling, and all my father's side are stable and only have their children's tuition to worry about.
I am currently still in school, and I am working my butt off to finish what I promised my parents.
But generally, I believe hard work will prevail for your success. My parents always ask, do you want to struggle now, or struggle later. And by choosing to struggle now as a student, it simply just means going to school.
To limit a child's education is depriving them of ideas. They can be clever as children, but influence and ideas will always come from learning. Learning from anything, books, internet, and not necessarily from the school. But the school institutions have dedicated themselves on teaching.

Well, I think one of the Best examples out there of someone being Poor and never giving up is Oprah Winfrey. Looking back over her life, and seeing where she grew up to who she has become, and all she continues to do and give back to the community and such she is amazing. It should prove to many people no matter who you are, or what situation you have been presented with it is up to you what you do with it. People like the Next Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, etc. could be anywhere, and it is up to that person to allow themselves to become one.

I know a lot of rich people today that were once poor. It doesn't matter who you are today. All that matters is who you believe you will be in the future.

People have thinking like this needs encouragement. You or me or anyone can help to encourage them on how to have a bright future. Giving them ways and example of those people come from 'rags to riches'. By striving and having an earnest enthusiasm made them successful in every field.

The traditional thought of Chinese believe knowledge can change their poor life. So for the sake of sending thier child to school, parents can sell off everthing that they can sell.
A new reseach said that one want to change his/her life just depend on knowledge getting more and more difficult. The child from cities have better learning conditions than the child from the countryside, they don't stand on the same line, so how the child from the countryside change their lives.

I think now the possibility for people with poor backgrounds shine in the future is quite low. But it does not means there is no possibility.
In China, the statistic survey shows that the fraction of student from rural area in the University is low than 30%. In some top University here is less than 10%. While the population of rural area in the county is 60~70%. So you can see that people in poor background here can not have the equal education right. After entering the society, if you do not have a good background, it is impossible here for you to get a good job.
So it seems the door for poor people to lead a better life has shut down. So some young men hope a revolution can take place here to change the situation.
But I think the poor still can do something to make them life better, but I can not sure that their live can be better than those from rich families. I think if they with a good education or with special skills and work hard, they can improve them into the middle class. If their children can work hard on the middle class background , they may have the chance to go into the top class.
So it is still to early to give up now. If do nothing to change the situation, nothing will changes.

Yes, these poor people can still shine in the future if they are really determined to do it. They can ask from foundations for help in their studies. And while studying, they can work at night.
That's what's being done by working students here in our country. And they really rise from being poor!

Most pf the people who are in the Good position now are one day below the line of poverty. It was said that Ambedkar read for his exam with the road side light and shined well in life. So it is absolutely false that people in poor backgrounds will not shine. Confidence plays a major role to achieve anything.

Yes why not, everyone can shine but for that one requires determination and dedication which only few possess and therefore only few people get what they want.I think poor people just think that they cannot do anything and therefore they are not able to shine.

If we are born to poor parents it is not our fault, it is by God's grace that we are in this world. If we develop the determination to be successful we will definitely be on the top. Poor parents in India is changing their mentality and sending their children to school run by the government and their are results excellent. In our city the topper the State in the 10 standard was a girl who's father is a rickshaw puller and had to study for her exams in the street light as due to poverty their home (tent house) has no light/ no electricity. There are many similar cases. If we look at the foreigners Nelson Mandela or Obama too had to fight the odds to reach to top, even Bill Gates is though not from a poor family but is from fairly a decent family...

Yes why not, everybody in this world, the rich or the poor, can succeed and make their future shining provided they work hard for it.success does not hav any limititations.success depends on only one aspect and that is dedication and hard work,it has no caste or class barriers otherwise. And i will not agree with ur statement that the people with poor background do not save and spend all because their earnings itself is only that much wherein they can fullfill only their basic neccessities then where is the question of saving????????????

Yes, there must be people can be shining with the poor family background, but the propotion is less than the one who grow up in a noble background. Poor people must pay much more hard work to succeed, because his resource to establish his own business is limited. But on the other words, he should be given more respects if he succeed, because he gets achievements all by himself.

i think people with poor background have greater potential of tasting success in life
1.because they come from poor background they are hard working and are not pampered by luxury and money.
2.they are more well versed in understanding and communicating with people.ie they dont use social network for communication and hence they are realistic.
3.since they have to start there life from the scratch they have all the bitter experience of life and real world situation

I think you've probably made too many generalizations without sufficient cause. The rich tend to believe they are rich owing to their own efforts, their family, or sometimes even God's blessing. The poor, so much as I know, don't really imagine that God made them poor because he doesn't like them. One way or the other, that's kind of an inflammatory idea.
When you say they spend their earning without any saving, I presume you mean they live from paycheck to paycheck. But, this would also be a generalization as you words imply they could save, but choose not to do so. I save what I can and where I can and I am more able to save than some because I make a point of making humble choices with my life. There are many who make more than me and save less as well, so I don't know how to address the generalization.
And, as to parents not wishing their children to go to school, I'm again not really comfortable with the Procrustean bed described. You can lay everyone out with a single general measurement, forcing them to fit your model. Some people may want their child to go to work because they do not have the money to send them to higher schooling. Others may, perhaps bitter souls, not want their children to succeed and become higher than the parent's social status. But, then too, I am confidant there are many.. perhaps even a majority.. that would bleed blood if they could scrape up the cash or otherwise secure and opportunity for their children to work with their brains moreso than their hands.

I think that poor people can totally be a successful person in their lifes. But, it's a difficult thing, because most of their parents were taught to find a job really soon because they need to bring money to the family. So, they did not have time to study and, probably, that is what will happened with their sons.
But, I believe that with will, they can do everything, no matter if they don't have many chances as the kids that born in a family with money. Of course, they will suffer more to get the things that they want, but with discipline they can get in the place that they wish.

The people with poor background can shine in the future only if they have strong determination and confidence to overcome all the difficulties they are facing. The poor people are facing a lot of difficulties in terms of finance . So they dont have money to send their children to school.

Actually some of the great people now came from a poor background. It really depends on the person on how they strive in order to shine in the future. And as some of the poor background people shine there are also people who had great backgrounds does not shine in the future. I think, no matter what background we have in life, may we be a poor or rich, it does not depend on how we shine in the future. We shine on the future depends on how strive for it.

I think that yes, people with poor backgrounds can shine in the future if they have the will and hope and power to succeed in life. We have seen many famous sport stars, actors, scientists and other famous and successful people from poor or very poor backgrounds. However, the percentage of people with poor background is low as it is just by luck that these people get the opportunity to show their talents and hope and put them into action.
