I started a discussion the other day about the girl who was confused on whether the guy rally loved her or not and I did not know what to tell her so anyway this is a new news flash!! L.O.L. 
She said she told him she loved him and he said to her me to and she asked me if that meant that he loved her or not? Well I am not a relationship expert and still did not know what to say? What do you think that meant? He loves her too? Shouldn't he have said I love you to instead of me too?

He probably meant to say he loves her too but it's the moment of excitment. Besides, it depends on the guy himself. Your friend must know him very well. If he's self-centered, vain, or maybe a jerk he might have made fun of by saying me too to confuse her. If he isn't then he probably meant to say "I love you too". This is what I think, at least from the point of view of a guy. XD

maybe the guy loves her too . .He just didn't expect that the girl will tell him that she loves him that why he just say me too . .Maybe the guy was shock thats why he just replied me too . .

Yes, I think he should of said I love you too! I think he's afraid to admit his true feeling for her. He's verbal approach appears to be lacking emotion. Ah, The 3 words that can send someone's life into a tail spin or end in the best thing ever. It's amazing the affect those 3 words have on people. Best Wishes!

It's really hard to determine lol... what's really going on inside the guy's mind and what he really feels since some guys aren't that expressive, I mean not all of us dudes are vocal towards our feelings, some of us just prefer showing it through actions. Anyway, actions always speak louder than words :).
Lastly, the best thing to find out is for the girl to know the guy more.

Yes that is love. But still in "prologue". It need to follow up. Such as dating or walking together or increase communication each other. The purpose is to ensure that their relationship is a love or only best friend. So, just do it. time will answer next. Happy weekend !!!
