Who is the best hoster for websites? / myLot

I thought of creating a website and I'm very much confused about selecting the good hoster. Can anyone help me which one is the best?

I used Ipage for my site and I enjoyed their services. I don't have a site anymore, so, I don't use them now. But, I remember that when I started, I didn't know much about creating sites and stuffs like that, and they helped me. I only had to contact them trought the chat.

I would recommend Godaddy.com or Site Build it.
