Bad News for me and my Animal Rescue

I know it does stink!! But at least I have a logo I'm in love with to get me through! lol. And I know...I'm being really bad and I still haven't uploaded it yet!!!

Oh I def. want to still use the logo. I just can never find a good time to upload it (scanner is in parents room and they are asleep when I'm awake to scan). Do you think I need to worry about putting the logo out for everyone to see?

Maybe you can still use the logo..Can you upload it, though I can visualize it, I wonder if I can come up with something if I have to picture to see..If you don't want it public, maybe send it to me on FB???

Heart2Heart is the name I wanted for my animal rescue that I am planning on starting in Texas after I graduate from college. And just last night I found out that there already IS an animal rescue called Heart2Heart in Texas...how bad was that coinky-dink. lol

Oh I don't know if I'll be able to think of a MORE awesome name but maybe I'll be able to think of one that I am just as happy with! lol. Thank you front!

That is unlucky. Although I'm sure you can think of a more awesome name than that.

I do like SCARR still, and I'll keep it on the table...but for some reason it just didn't hit me like Heart2Heart did. I think the heart logo would still be okay for SCARR. SCARR has the words rescue and rehabilitation in it, and the logo is of a man and dog who trust each other, so it could work it I wanted it too. But I still think it would just go better with a "heart" name. Thank you moon

Yeah I didn't really like Where the Heart is either...too long and like you said it doesn't roll off the tongue quite as well as "Heart2Heart." It wasn't someone on here stealing the name, it says they've been in business for 5 years (and they're still working on getting nonprofit status, esk!) It was just someone who beat me to the name. Thank you for the link! Those are def. good ideas, and Heart2Heart fit into a few of them! Bummer! lol. But I'll go back to brainstorming

Someone above you already mentioned Heart4Heart. I just think it's too close to the other one and not original enough now. I know I'll have to think outside the boc but I do want to try and come up with a unique name for me.

I guess chances are that unless the name is really unique that most good ones would be taken. What about Hearts4Hearts? Nearly the same, but different!

That's a good idea that I haven't thought of Awinds, thank you. It probably won't be for years that I'll know where I want to go, and I did want a name as soon as possible so I could register it and "claim" it. I'm trying to think about things that are said about Texas in general, like how everything is bigger there...but I don't really know if I like the sound of Big Heart animal rescue, it just doesn't sound special enough. But you have given me a way to think of a new name, so thank you!

Tender Heart Animal Rescue sounds like a nice name, and it would def. fit with the logo I made. But I have to think on it and see if it gives me the same happy feelings Heart2Heart did (I'm going to be dwelling on my bad luck for a little while lol). I'm going to try and get my photo on here tomorrow if I wake up early enough, but I do have to work tomorrow night (yuck!) so I'll just have to see.

I hope it doesn't take TOO long though lol. But I still have a good logo, and as far as I know it hasn't been used, so I'm half done!!! lol (If only I were really HALF done in getting my rescue started, that'd be nice ) Thank you haopee

Take your time. An artist can take forever to decide on things. Good luck in finding a good name for your logo.

Straight from the Heart sounds good, but I wonder if it might be too long. Some people on Mylot have mentioned that "short and sweet" or "short and catchy" is the best way to go. I'll have to think on it. Thanks!

That's too close for me I think it would cause too much confusion. And I just want a name that is original for my purpose, but thank you for the suggestion!
