is it true that there is no permanent in this world?

because 2 months ago my GF broke up with me not because I betrayed her but because of her family and the people around us. we still love each other and gave her everything just to see her happy and to make our relationship longer. but in the end, she left me. and I always ask my self is there no permanent in this world? is it possible that all the things we have may be taken away from us?

hello,
Are you aware of the thought about "There is no permanent in this world except changes". I believe in this words because I am not proving any yet. Because Everything that happened in my life is changing in the end. I wish I could stop all the good things happened and make things possible but I cannot. 
So, Just enjoy what you have now and be contented because sometimes this is the reason why people separate.

your right, I think all the things what I have is all God's will. and if I have power to turn back things that I want, to change it or make it more better just to make our love story make it more longer. but still I can't.
