why do they write india and philipine not allowed in some task in mylot?

It is not about BAD or BANNED, FAIR OR UNFAIR, it is PREFERENCE. Let's take an example. You are a landlord. You have some extra empty rooms in your building. You would want a tenant or tenants from a particular community or from your own community, won't you? May be you won't mind any community but you now know I am trying to mean.

The task might only involve those who have direct knowledge or had some previous experiences with the companies, restaurants, and other business entities there.
