Hello Due to the excessive consumption of beer, I have got a beer belly already at the age of 20. It looks gross and i seriously need to get rid of it. So please suggest the perfect diet and the exercise routine that I should follow in order to reduce or infact completely get rid of it. I'd be grateful. Cheers!
