No You can not post your referral link in your posting, this against Mylot T.O.S., you can do this through Mylot Personal message ,

About this subject Mylot is like all the other websites. I haven't found yet a site like this for posting referral links. Maybe they are afraid of spamming. I think it would be good if Mylot allows us to promote our account, but anyway we have the good opportunity to use our Mylot personal page and private message to do, so let's use them!

Nope, you can't. It is stated in the guidelines, that you aren't allowed to: "Post any links promoting other affiliate programs or that do not pertain to the discussion .... " ( http://www.mylot.com/o/guidelines.aspx ) If you are placing any referral links, Admin would delete it soon Happy mylotting
