would you think that driving high a person drive better?

you know some people believe that when they,re are high they can drive better.they feel that the drug enhances their ablity to drive better.well i feel this is not true.it slows down your reaction when driving.you cannot think clearly let alone drive.if people are thinking like this no wonder there is so many accidents.what do you think about this?
