If you go a little back in time..I think you remember the day when Australia were the no.1 team in all forms of cricket..They were also considered as unbeatable...... It was like an era of Australia dominance...But now we can see the things have changed a little bit in the standings..Few months back Australia was dethroned from the no.1 spot by India and then recently England has claimed the spot...But there is no Australia in the picture..hehe.....:-)
So for me I think the era of Australia dominance has come to an end....
What do you think guyzzz....??

I think the demise of Australia as number 1 has made it very interesting. Now more of the nations are very equal and the contest for number 1 is very high. India, England and South Africa are very close to each other and can all be dangerous in home conditions. Australia, Pakistan and Sri Lanka can also be dangerous in helpful conditions. So suddenly there is more balance in the world of cricket.
Cheers!

Yeah dethrone of Australia from No 1 spot made cricket more interesting. Because one cannot see only one team dominating all the time. Now all the teams are making their teams professional by hiring good coaches and fitness trainers, etc which other teams used to ignore. Especially subcontinent teams like India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh which are now showing more interest in fielding department. Fielding standards are improving for all the teams mostly. England will not last much longer on that No.1 spot because South Africa will play more tests than England in coming days. So, the team which plays more tests and that too very well will get that No.1 spot in tests. So, it is interesting to see the ranking keeps on changing.. :D

The falldown of Australian cricket started with the retirement of star cricketers like Mcgrath, Hayden, Gilchrist, etc. Now the balling department of Australia is maintained by unexperienced ballers as Brett lee is unavailable to play cricket for long time. their batsman have no hunger for runs is it was shown in Hayden and Gilchrist. On the other hand there is a good benchstrength of youngsters in England and India. So, I think Australia have to make its benchstrength powerfull to come into seen in this competition.
