Today after work, I have to drove my friend stop by Kroger, because tomorrow it is his wife's birthday, and he would love to buy his wife a flower to celebrate. What a romantic couple, how envy I was. He bought a $10 roses, and a card that he wrote something on it. They have been married for 2 years, and they got 2 children. For me, they are good couple, although occasionally I heard a little bit of argument, but they manage to make it up later.
My point is, my friend must love his wife very much, so he won't forget her birthday, even though those roses are only cost $10, but that express how important she is to him. Not many of us would do that today in a marriage. I also wish that when I got married, me and my wife can still keep up the romance.

It is very rare indeed to see a relationship last up until long after the marriage. I am sure it all began with giddy feelings and that sense of knowing that you are loving and also being loved. The way your friend's loving continues even as changes come by is really sweet indeed. And the thoughtfulness? It just made the birthday even more splendid. Do say Congratulations to them for me and may their love grow ever stronger as they age. :-)

I also fight with my husband not big a small fight then tell ohhh my sweet hubby sorry next time I will not do this and we both are laugh. Yes every spouse love to each other only understanding is necessary. I will also give blessings to cute couple.

For a woman the thought counts. IT doesn't matter if it is cheap or it can be even a single note of appreciation. I am also lucky to have a husband who is full of surprises. He knows how to make me smile even on the simple things. I think all couples can keep the love like it is the first day always...

Aww... That is really so sweet
They have been married for 2 years, having 2 children, and yet still having romantic relationship.
You have to ask them about their secret for keeping the romantic relationship in long time and share it to us
And I think your friend had already show one secret: always give a gift.
Do give a gift describe a romantic relationship?
I think the gift itself that make the relationship more romantic :D

Yes that is really sweet of your friend. I think it truly is the thought that counts and not the price he has payed for his present.
I know it's last minute though and some people plan for these things, but i think guys don't always remember things like birthdays and other events but when they do they don't wanna let you down. Which is really sweet!
Yes i also think love is something that is sometimes lost in long term relationships.
It shouldn't be!!
Feeling loved is the best feel ever!
I think you shared a very sweet story and any girl would be happy to receive this gift from their loved one.

I don't want to sound like a princess or a gooey romantic but I think that gestures like that are a must in a relationship wether you are just boyfriend girlfriend or marries lol. I think that if I'm married, I will definitely expect my husband to give me roses for my birthday and other special occasions... But and this is a big but, I do know that men right now are not as romantic or as in touch with their emotions so I really don't know how men are wired now a days. I also think that is very sweet. The best thing for me is seeing old couples who seem to still be really in love.
P.S. I just immediately thought of the movie UP.

Wow! yeah, how romantic it was! I also wish I will have that kind of husband but that is too far from now. ha ha But I am just wishing and hoping that we never lose that romantic moments in our life. No one wants to lose it right? So, we must choose the person we really love to. alright? Wish a good luck to us all!!

Send my wishes to them as your mylot friend. After hearing from you,it seems that they are really very good couple and they love each other really too much.
You know argument is the part of marriage life,so nothing to worry and $10 is nothing to a great love like this.Gift is a gift, you can not determine it with value.

Romanticism needs to be nurtured at times to keep the fire burning in a relationship. Ladies in general love to be doted by simple gestures of love and concern. How lucky your friend is to express his love to his wife :-)
Sometimes it really pays to get out of your way and do something unusual like what your friend did.
