i like celebratory bonfires which are typically designed to burn quickly and are very large. we in India, burn on some of our holy festivals like Holi, Lohri and there may be more in other parts but i do not know more. in every culture there is something like this in India. in villages, people sit outside at a center place and then enjoy bonfires. i have once experienced that too and enjoyed it very much. have you ever experienced such a thing and do you make bonfires ?

Bonfire - Who would sit around?
It is an enjoyable experience to sit around a bonfire. We do that when we do overnight stay in a beach. During the night when all lights are gone and only the moon and the stars up above light the whole place we would all gather just about all dried woods and leaves and light them up to form a big bonfire which will illumine the place further. Then we will gather around and perform group games. It is really very enjoyable so that we can last till daybreak doing that thing.

I have never tried it but I do like the idea of celebrating around a fire.
