Do you like flexible job or regular job? Flexible allows you to earn money too and the hours are flexible but regular job demand a fixed hour to come into the office and doing similar work everyday like typing letters and key in data into the computer. What do you like doing? Getting regular income or a bulk of money once in a while?

if the flexible job provides great pay,I'll take it.it makes me work better when there are no deadlines.plus,I think those who work with flexible jobs can manage their time well.also,no need to worry about office politics.politics usually steam from workers who are cramped in one office for 8 - 9 hours and are on the look out for the management's approval and praises.

In my experience, I feel that they lack fresh air outside the office to think about human relationships that they possess in the office. I am not blaming them completely sometimes people have stress. For me job without deadlines are wonderful because I can do anything good without a time frame and earn money as well.

Office politics is too much for me as I encounter it in every office.

I agree with what my_name_is_coco has said. There is no need to deal with office politiccs if you are freelancing. For me, I hate office politics and I am not good in putting on a false front. That's why freelance employment is more suitable for me.

Well, the last time that I worked outside the house, I was lucky enough to have had a job that was flexible. However, I've been outside of the regular work force for the last five years raising a family and in that time, I've found that I honestly like having the true flexibility that you get by working at home. I would like to be able to build up what I'm able to make online in the next year so that when my son starts school I won't have to re-enter the traditional work force.

That's great! Hope that you will be earning enough to be able to stay at home. I am too looking forward to living a life like this. Hopefully if there is a will, there is a way!

I have been doing a regular job with a regular pay, but I also prefer a flexible temporary job for some extra money outside the office, which helps make more income and it is worth it. A regular job to me is a stable one while a flexible job is one that offers me extra. They are both important to me.

By doing a regular income job will be more stable and you do not need to worried about the meal for tomorrow although the time are longer. But when come to bulk income that you only get it once in a while, you will have risk of having money not enough moment, and you may encounter that you do not have enough money for your next meal and needed to hunt for other flexible job to get the money to support your daily needs. Both have the pros and cons of it, You want the time, then you won't have the money, if you want the money, you will have less time.

If a regular job allows me the flexibility that I like, then I will opt for it. Otherwise, I would prefer online jobs that allow me to choose my own time to work. Regular income is good but if I am not happy working on a regular job, then it could affect my health in the long-term.

I think i can say i have a regular job with a rather flexible working hours, but not so friendly deadlines.
I like what I do, but i don't like my current regular income right now. That's why mylot is another alternative for me to earn that additional income. Not much yet, but hopefully more progress... =)

Well, it depends to your preference. If you are looking for flexibility and freedom, the go on freelance jobs. There are many opportunities especially in the internet. But applying on freelance sites also do have challenges. You need to establish your profile to attract clients and customers online. The great thing about freelance jobs , especially online is you set your own hours and you'll have a greater income potential. The risk is, if no one will hire you since applying a freelance job is competitive. If you are yearning for security, then go to a regular 9 to 5 job. The only downside is, you'll be a 'corporate slave'. There will be a boss breathing at your face, and you have no choice but to accomplish the task.
