Post-traumatic disorder?
I'm starting to call soon to a therapy for depression and anxiety in front. My mother said that come my fear of phone calls a day from my childhood could. And the doctor said that would be a post-traumatic disorder. When I was about 10 and my grandparents stayed my grandpa had lunch a heart attack, my grandmother called me down and I I had to help him to sit on a chair, he then again said my name, and then said grandma I would think godfather the call should then pick me up. So I phoned. From there I just know I'm on the phone only the words "Grandpa" and "Please Come" brought out. When I think about it here or even write a little shaky, I always externally and internally, much more. Do you think my fear of phone calls could come of it, or how you see it?

Yes, it is quite possible. Even if you've seen this situation in its drama back then not fully aware this may be a trigger for your phone fear.
We humans are sometimes displace the world champion, this is done consciously and unconsciously, but more often when you are older, sometimes you have to deal with things that many years have happened before. Sometimes it helps just to talk about it and sometimes it does but its time to get over it is.

Why should you doubt in this regard.
Even when writing about it here, you show your
Body symptoms (trembling, anxiety) clearly shows the
Connection with this experience.
Your fear and your fear is an expression of your
helplessness at the time, because the condition of your
Grandpa - help as you could.
A physician will immediately know the appropriate hand grips and
Measures that need to be done.
You were 10 years - and even as an adult is one
in such a situation internally and externally, trembling before that,
helpless, what could be done.
Since you have just phoned in this state, has your
Brain, these symptoms associated with the phone.
Even your stammering words "Grandpa and" please come ",
was a cry for help for your grandpa and you were certainly less
around the pickup.
The tremor is due to your impotence - your concern for
your grandfather and not the phone.
This link is to be solved.
Through practice - call for joyous events, chat
with friends on the phone, call weather announcement .....
and other harmless and even enjoyable occasions.
Glad you've decided to therapy, because
the deeply worrying situation with your grandpa -
especially your helplessness - probably
Fear and anxiety of your grandmother who is in you in these
Minutes, has transferred - (traumatic situation) it is in
carefully trace the therapy again with the support
and accompanied by an empathetic therapist (in) - so you
You can solve this trauma.
All my love for you
